ERP Inventory Specialist
Green Bay, WI
As an ERP Inventory Specialist, you will be doing data entry in our ERP system, performing inventory counts, data analysis using multiple reporting tools (Power BI & Excel), project planning/implementation for continued improvement of both our inventory and overall data accuracy. This position reports directly to the Inventory & ERP Supervisor.
Key responsibilities:
- Data Entry:
- Data entry of materials used by production against manufacturing orders in our ERP software
- Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving inventory management.
- Daily data analysis using Power BI, Excel, and our ERP software to determine accuracy of data being entered into our system.
- Inventory Audits:
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts
- Investigate and resolve issues related to inventory inaccuracies.
- Data Quality Assurance:
- Implement data quality standards and procedures to maintain data integrity.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues promptly.
- Technology Utilization:
- Utilize inventory management software, data analytics tools, and Excel to manage and analyze inventory data.
- Help assist with general questions and inquiries relating to our ERP software BC from other departments (Training provided)
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred but not necessary
- General computer skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Clear understanding of Alive & Kickin’ Pizza’s production processes – This includes and is not limited to; Mixing, Packaging and Output using Plant.
- Ability to work with various departments to gather needed information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be willing to travel to all of our locations to assist in project training. (Including our Prior Lake Location)
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the data entry and analyst position.
- Highly organized and detail oriented, capable of accepting and completing work assignments with minimal supervision in a highly motivated manner once entry level training is complete.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Language skills: Requires the ability to understand and follow instructions and to communicate effectively one-on-one and in small groups. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential in keeping with our culture of cooperation and respect.
Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills required.
