Alive & Kickin’ Pizza is looking to fill a position as a Data Entry Specialist for our Prior Lake location. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be apart of our Data Team to not only enter data into our ERP program (NAV) but to also ensure the accuracy of the data being entered. In addition, as a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for working with our inventory team by doing weekly cycle counts and investigating the reasons for our adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry – Consumption of the Manufacturing Orders in our ERP program NAV.
• Data analysis using Power BI and Excel.
• Item builds in NAV.
• Must be comfortable training people.
• Help determine best process for inventory consumption throughout the ERP system using JF Plant.
• Weekly Inventory Cycle Counts.
  • Also help determine why inventory is off and work with the data team to implement new procedures to eliminate inaccuracy
• Communicate errors you find to the different departments who are responsible for them while also working together to find a solution to prevent repeatable errors.
• Assist in our different projects which currently include but are not limited to; real time product consumption in production environments and BIN management.
• Ensure accuracy in projects, data entry and practice great attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred but not necessary.
• General computer skills.
  • Excellent typing skills
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Clear understanding of Alive & kickin’ Pizza’s production processes – This includes and is not limited to; Mixing, Packaging and Output using Plant.
• Ability to work with various departments to gather needed information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be willing to travel to all of our locations to assist in project training. (Including our Green Bay Locations)
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the data entry and analyst position.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, capable of accepting and completing work assignments with minimal supervision in a highly motivated manner once entry level training is complete.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
